Terri Groening is a leadership development and career coach with over 20 years of coaching experience in addition to 20 plus years of HR experience. She has an MBA from Bowling Green University, is a graduate of Fielding Graduate University‘s Evidence Based Coaching program and has taken classes in the PhD of Human Development program at Fielding. All of us have patterns for how we do our work. Often we gain success by using our favored approaches to work. When we work together in a coaching agreement, we look at what has worked well in the past and how it is working in your current business environment. We look together at what needs to shift so that you achieve both your goals and the company's goals. It is an iterative process of reflecting and trying new behaviors to find the most useful avenues of working. The process is designed to help you be authentic and effective in your whole career lifespan.
